Wilson's Gina x BH Tutaki Piglets AVAILABLE!

Dora (CVF Wilson's Gina 1) and her sister, Tulip (CVF Wilson's Gina 4) gave birth to 14 gorgeous piglets earlier this month.  We have 5 gilts (all now SOLD), 3 boars, and 6 barrows (1 is now sold) in this litter.  Wilson's Gina are known for being amazing, gentle, kind and caring mothers, and these two are just that.  BH Tutaki is one of the best breeders in this breed, and Oliver (YKFR BH Tutaki 5) is absolutely a gorgeous male and a perfect quality boar.

More info on this breed: they are grazers, so grass is their main source of food. When grass isn’t growing, supplement with alfalfa hay. They eat about 2 cups of food a day and most fruits and veggies. These are NOT slop pigs. Pigs need constant access to water and a nice shelter with straw for bedding. In the warmer months, they will need a wallow with mud and water so they can cool themselves off. This breed is known for being kind, gentle and loving. Good for families with children, or no children. Our pigs are raised with dogs, cats and chickens.
The gilts and boars come registered and microchipped. The barrows come with a microchip if they are a pet, and not for meat. We only sell the best of the best of our boys, the others are castrated. All animals come with baby vaccines and their first worming completed. We always are here to help our buyers with any questions you may have - and we pride ourselves on that. We are NOT a seller who lets you figure it out on your own.
If you chose to use this breed as a source of food for your family, the meat is amazing. It’s a nice marbled meat that is far higher quality than a traditional pig, as they eat a better diet.
If you are asking yourself why these cute piglets cost “so much”, please remember that we only sell the best of the best. We pride ourselves on quality over quantity and it shows in our animals. We aim for selling the breed standard, and we are comparable to what others sell this breed for. We do NOT sell animals as our main source of income - we both have full-time jobs and breed pigs as a hobby. It costs money to keep and feed to produce a high quality animal.

If you are interested in any of our available litter, please send us an email at thebuxtonfarmoc@gmail.com for more information.
